“No Gun” is a song from Swedish/Barbadian artist Naomi Pilgrim which sounds like a made up name when you read it enough times. Not saying it’s not a nice name, it is, it’s just one that seems… I don’t know maybe it’s just that the only person with the last name Pilgrim I’ve ever come across was later directed by Edgar Wright. Either way, “No Gun” is her debut track and it’s an excellent way to announce yourself to the world. It’s a splendid collision of cultures, bonding of boundaries, synthesis of states, kinship of kingdoms — Apologies. That was excessive. I’m sure you understood immediately.
