No, not the turkey brand, Jennie-O. Also, not the lead singer of the Yeah Yeah Yeahs, Karen O. Unrelated. Jenny O. is a folk-pop singer making her way around LA’s music venues of recent. Home, her 5-song EP, is a solid prequel to an LP due out (hopefully) later this year. Her voice has the raspy, angelic qualities of Joanna Newsom mixed with the mellow confidence of Jenny Lewis, which should land her a solid indie folk following if the LP turns out as good as Home.
